- Open Facebook.com and log in to your personal account
- Click on the Magnifying glass and search your business’ page name or, if the page is listed in your shortcuts, click on the page name there.
- Under Meta Business suite, click Inbox
- There will be a blue dot next to “inbox” if you have new messages
- Scroll down the list of all messages to see all your recent messages from Facebook users and Instagram if your page has a connected instagram account
- Many messages will be spam, especially if they offer unsolicited business advice, products, or ask you to click outside links.
- If you ever have any doubt, just don’t click any links from these messages and instead ask them to give the mall a call or otherwise ask them for information that does not require you to click a suspicious link
- You can move conversations to “done” by hovering over the conversation panel on your inbox list and clicking the check mark. This won’t delete the conversation, but it will move it to another folder so you don’t have to see it on the inbox list.
- Respond to messages as best you can and hit “enter” to send
